How is the width on the seats? I have a 21 6Carbon Ed. And while I like the car, I feel like I don’t fit in the seats and I’m stocky but they just feel small

12.1 and just jb+ right? Stock tires etc. Pretty good for 2020. I have a 2021 and same jb+ and a downpipe with rear drag nitto tires. I reckon I would do 11.7ish if I had to guess.

does the Mazda CX-30 have a spare tire? I know the CC Hybrid does not.

I love my gr86, I still wouldn’t push it like a home built race car that you’ve handled all the internals of. it’s very much a practical 2 seater sports car, just don’t put anything fragile in the back 😂. They’re very rear happy

I bought a 22 ZL1 1LE thinking it would be fun extra car to have. It looks and sounds amazing with AWE exhaust. However, it you just want the look of the 1LE but don't plan on road course tracking it. Do yourself a favor and just get a regular ZL1 and get the exterior upgrades to make it look the 1LE. The suspension on the 1LE is very stiff and not comfortable on city roads. My better half used it to take the youngest to her soccer tournament. They did get a few favorable comments from the soccer dads. However, they both said the ride was very uncomfortable and they haven't been in it since. New plan is to trade it in on a CT5V Blackwing.

What would make it not try and start at all after a dead battery

Its actually not a comparison. The mx5 is on another level of fun and the styling is the best there is. Its the best sports car ever. Sorry porsche the mx5 wins and by a distance too

I am a HUGE fan Aerospace products. I buy stuff by the gallons! Since your car sits outside, I would suggest using Aerospace 303 Protectant on your tires and headlights. Excellent UV protection and gives your tires a nice medium sheen. They also make a Graphene wax/polish that I just tried on a 2008 Subaru and it came out beautiful.

I have a 2020 Supra EXACTLY like yours and I would be very interested to know if you would swap the Supra for the Emira ... I am looking at an Emira but i know i would lose some great options like: adaptive suspension , head-ups display , adaptive cruise control , crosswalk detection and the fact the supra is bulletproof with no issues whereas the Emira as loads of niggles.

How’s compare with Supra ?

I’d take my 5th gen Z/28 any day over a C/7 Z51 or GS LS7 baby !

I live in the suburbs in Florida. The roads are all in good shape at worst, excellent shape at best. Having smooth roads all around, I went with sport suspension. Very happy with my decision, I don’t need a softer ride with touring suspension

I got the touring suspension. There is no need for the sport’s suspension at all. The touring is perfect. I advise everyone to get it

I decided tour within 1 minute of driving the sport in the city 😂 my tour emira is excellent and gives confidence around fast bumpy corners, never skips or loses tyre contact.

1le is slower ,stiffer ride , more drag. Difference = high wing , solid aluminum bushings , thinner back glass , 19" lighter wheels & 1 hell of a rough ride 😂

For the price you really can’t beat that. Great little upgrade.

Lotus does not do floaty suspension and people should pay attention to Lotus's advise. Only get the Sport suspension if you plan to track the car regularly, The touring suspension is perfect for daily use, in twisty mountain road and good enough for the occasional track day.

I just got my Emira, I went with the tour. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and performance.

Been watching vids on this car for six months and most people go Tour > Sport and I agree. A 400horse power car like this Emira is meant for fun weekend drives, not racing. It can race but in drag races or tracks, you'll get beaten by cheaper faster track cars. I believe the Emira's value will dip in 4-5years, but after ten years its value will start climbing up.

Sport for the driver, touring for the passenger. Guess my wife is staying home.

Has anyone drove sports to see if it's closer to the evora drive?

I drove both and bought the touring. Delivery next Tuesday

How does it compare to your C7?

I ordered the touring after waffling between the two choices. I might take it on the track a few times a year but the majority of use will be just backroads. Lotus recommends touring in that use case and I don’t think I know more about suspensions then them…

How would you compare the acceleration to the Supra? I want this car and my Supra badly for my 2 car garage 😊

Hi there! Today i replaced the battery of my 2016 Stingray convertible, after starting the engine several warning messages came up, looks like the car computer needs to be re-programmed, has anybody experienced this issue? Thanks, Marco
